My fuel pump just started leaking and it appears that it's not pumping correctly. It will pump for a little while and then I can't hear it, like it can't pump against the pressure. If the pressure regulating valve is malfunctioning it might make the pump act this way. All the hoses are tight and new, so I'd like to rule out the valve before going out and getting a new fuel pump. Any thoughts? Is the valve still available?

Thanks,
Tom
