Check the belt tightness carefully. If they are a little too loose--or too old--they will make the light glow if the belt gets slightly wet (like in the rain). Also, check your grounds. I have also been having a recurring problem with the plug/ connector in the back of the alternator coming loose--causing the light to glow dimly.
Could be the voltage regulator too...
