In Reply to: will E30 wheels fit an '02? posted by stephen on February 11, 2001 at 21:45:54:

I found a set of 15 inch wheels that came of a 1990 325is. Before I buy them I want to make sure they will fit. And do I need spacers?

From the info you provided we can't answer the question. The 325is came with 14 x 6.5 rims. If you are looking at 15" basket weaves, it becomes a question of width and offset.

The 325ix and e-30 m3 both had 15" rims. The m3 rims wouldn't work since they are 5 bolt. I don't know if the ix is 4 bolt, but an imperfect memory tells me they were of different offset than the 14" rims.

You could always mount one onto the the '02 and check for clearance.......

Good luck.
