Anyone heard of wheels made by BHS? (archive)

I have some 14 in basketweave wheels that I am repainting. On the center cap, there was a BMW emblem glued on. I pried it off and there is a BHS logo underneath. Anyone know anything of these wheels? Also on the front of the wheel it has the marking CERES. DOn't know what it means, might be the type of wheel?
