Karl, I pulled all the windows out of my former parts car and took a sawzall to it and cut the A, B, and C pillars about a quarter of the way down from the roof. Then I took my car and sunroof clip to a shop that 2002AD sends their customers to in Sun Valley (North Burbank). Make sure you find the same color sunroof clip unless you are doing a complete paint job. I had my sunroof clip installed before I had a complete repaint job(original color - Sahara). Make sure you run holes for your sunroof drain hoses into the fender and not the rocker panels. Factor in the following costs: the welding and painting for the sunroof clip, new window/door gaskets, new sunroof drain hoses, new gutter channel molding and possibly a new headliner and sunroof cables depending on the condition of the existing ones in the sunroof clip. The welding on my car was awesome and I don't regret it one bit. The key factor is the structural integrity (read good weld job). Here in Southern CA, the sunroof stays open most of the time and I love it. Any questions, contact Leif at 2002AD.

Gordie
