i'd say it's easily fixable. from what i've seen posted on this board, lots of folks would do a bit of sheet metal work and end up with a pretty nice 02. Daniel Kozan's pix of his efforts come to mind!! is it still driveable? if the price were right, i'd even think of taking off your hands if i make it to Calif. this summer.
