The problem (or maybe not) that I see is that 320's seatbelt latches are attached on a bracket to the seat, and they use a different latch shape. I have 320i seats in my '73 2002, so I actually have 4 seatbelt recepticles. This actually makes me wonder if using 320i seats AND seatbelts would be a good idea. But, not sure Graham.

As for the inertial reel belts go, I haven't done it (I already have them and don't think that highly of them anyways). But, many of the guys here have. Shouldn't be any major surgery involved.

I want to upgrade the seat belts on my '71 '02 to inertia reel. Does anyone have any suggestions from their experience? E.g., are there any special problems mounting new belts? Would belts from a 320 be OK?
