If you can find the metal line (trans tunnel) run through that or install a rubber line. The Metal line was the fuel vapor return line, the plastic was the fuel line 28 yrs ago. I would not trust the old plastic. With webers you want 2.5 to 3 PSI of fuel pressure, any more is too much.
- Airhorns. I like them, makes side drafts a little easier to balance, adds maybe 5hp. Are they needed? No, But I use them.

What do people recommend for fuel line from the tank forward to the carbs? The PO set the car using the plastic line running up the passenger side. I thought I recalled reading that there once-upon-a-time was a metal line going up the driver's side, but seems to be long gone. With sidedrafts (40s), is the plastic line okay or should I be using a larger bore line for better fuel flow? Thanks!
