subframe? I was thinking that the cross beam that carries the diff mount bushing plate would be an OK place to put the 'stands, but it doesnt appear to have been designed to hold up the whole rear of the car. Either that or rig up some kind of wooden carrier to distribute the weight along the rockers (i know, i know) and/or floorpan? Im not to happy about my options here, so as always all help is appreciated!

I put the jackstands under the sides of the car right in front of the subframe mounts with a 2x4 about two feet long to distribute the weight evenly.
Right along the outside edge near the stock jacking points but touching the floorpan too.
good luck,
Brian C
