How do you get the stupid Sidepanels OFF? (archive)

First of all I can't get the vent window round thing off. Some gut said there was a hole to put an allen wrench in to get it off. I looked and found no holes. Then up at the top there is that chrome peice that locks the vinyl down. The back arm rests have no screws that are visible, so how do you get those off. I don't want to ruin anything event though I am reupolstering.
