Do I have to get to the hole from behind the sidepanel? As in reaching my arm up through the inside of the door? Or do I get to the hole from the exterior of the door panel?
thanks, THis is just really frusterating when I can't find something that is there.

There is a hole but it's behind the round thing. You need to feel around behind (point towards you) it and there really is a hole, push and the center round piece pops out.
