Question: Is my dash fixable or is it toast??? (archive)

All,

This picture was taken before I started doing major, serious cleaning the car - the grey stuff is MOLD!!! Fortunately it's all gone now...

However, the photo has the best detail of the bad areas.

In the photo, the two yellow circled areas are where the dash has a crack, above the shift pattern, and some holes in it where somebody probably tried to put some gauges on it at one point... and took them out.

Can Dr. Vinyl fix this or some process anybody here knows about? Or should I start searching for a good condition dashboard and bite the bullet?
