rear big brakes (archive)

Hi all,
Just installed 250mm rear drums and they don't seat perfectly on the 02 flange( slight rocking movement possible) seems ok when the wheel is bolted on, is this normal? should the drums be slightly modified to fit the flange? any ideas?
