'76 2002 FS cheap!!! (archive)

I have a red '76 2002 that must go. It was bought last year as a project car but I've lost interest in it and need it out of my driveway. The car runs well and only needs a few things to make it a daily driver. Here's some details

Red w\ white vinyl interior. Older repaint - still shines
Sunroof
4spd
112K
Stock steel wheels with good rubber
Second set of wheels included 14x6 Intra alloys
Weber 32/36 carb...also have a spare carb and manifold
Brand new head!! It was cracked when I bought the car.
All new belts, hoses, and thermostat
Has 320I radiator, original included (doesn't leak)
New battery and cables
New front sway bar end links
New Bosch plugs
I have a few miscellaneous spare parts for it (lenses)

Here's what she needs:

Exhaust has leaks
Carb probably needs rebuilding..it's a pain to start when it's cold. Once warm, the car starts on the first crank
Needs a blower motor and heater valve (weren't there when I bought it)
Needs shocks
Console is in the car but not mounted, carpet needs help - has the original BMW mats in it!!
Car does have rust through on the rocker in front of the left rear wheel and on the front end. There is spot rust around the sunroof.
It has mismatched plug wires...probably needs cap and rotor as well.
Gas pedal needs help. I think it needs bushings??

I really need it out of my driveway ASAP. I'd like $700 but best offer gets it...Car is located in St. Charles, Missouri - 25 miles west of St. Louis. Email for pics
