McCartney says that the molds used these days are the originals, and that they have worn over the years from use, and that "new" metal might not fit as well as that with an older vintage. just a thought!

Check your dealer. I paid $125 for fenders (with CCA discount) and didn't have to pay for shipping. You're also guaranteed of getting the OEM metal.
