leave rubber in control arms? (archive)

I'm getting all my suspension stuff this week, including all poly bushings. However, the rubber in my control arms is pretty much new; should i just leave those in or would that defeat the purpose of using urethane? What will the difference be in the *control arms*, urethane vs rubber? Will the steering just feel tighter and more precise? (and more harsh :)

thx
