Today I just finished doing two things to Jill.

(1) Installed a 320i alternator. Most know the reasoning behind this, so I will not go into details.

(2) Installed a Short Shifter by Brad Revelli (who is on this board and hopefully reading this). What a f'n difference a short shifter makes. The only problem I had was that the linkage hit the driveshaft, but after a quick grind on the linkage, it is now fine. Damn Jill shifts like a race car now. No more granny shift swings. Schweet.

just more fun...

Hey Trent,

Tell me more about the shifter. Is Brad producing and selling or is it a one time thing? If you don''t mind me asking, what was the price?

Thanks,
Todd
