I must say, about 15 months ago, about 6:30 PM, I was waiting at a line at a traffic light when a lady rear ended me.

She hit me so hard I thought she was going to be in the back seat. Truely. I have a bad habit of cursing first, then calming down to see what happened. You'd have thought I was a drunken sailor when I got out of the car. I was livid!

I got out, and even thought it was dark, could tell that the 73 bumper held up just fine. (Better than her nerves, at any rate...) The license lamps broke, but the bumper was fine, and there was no sheet metal damage.

And then next day, in the sunlight, it still held up fine!

Very wierd...
