I don't really know much about it and can't really answer your question, but I was just out in the LA area and stopped by Ireland to order some stuff. One of the things that I ordered was a rear disk brake kit, and I was planning on ordering the street kit but one of the Ireland staffers(George) recommended the race kit over the street kit. His reasoning was that the race kit used better calipers, etc than the street kit. PLus, it's a little bit cheaper. That's always a bonus. Anyway, I'm still waiting for my stuff to arrive so once it comes in i'll be sure to post my impressions.

The race setup has no E-brake provision thats the down side.
