The header is an Ireland engineering 1.5". What they did was cut the exhaust about a foot after where the original header was connected. They put my header on. Then they welded a 2.5" flex pipe in which was connected to some twisty tube to make it fit right. The flex pipe they sold to me for $140. Just a reminder my header cost $195 with a gasket and shipping. But my dad is right by saying that if that stuff costs $140 per foot everyone would sell it and we would all be bill gates. On the form it showed $310 in labor. I am going back to yell at him, and then ask him what they charge per hour. We'll see if it comes anywhere near to the $88 an hour he charged me. Funny thing is he had the $450 already set before any work was done, so if it took 2.5 hours instead of 3.5 the hourly rate would go up. He just assumed I was a kid with rich parents that were paying for it and that he would screw me. What he told me was, "he would give me a deal since it was the end of the month. He would give me the whole job for $450. He said he normaly charges $400 just to put a header on." then inside when he typed the stuff out he told me if he put the prices any lower the computer would show a thing that said why are you selling it so cheap. This is all bullSh*t, because he had the entire price figured out before anything was done.
