I think the larger jet goes into the secondary, as that was how it went in the one I rebuilt for my Jeep. I bought a set of jets from TEP, $36 for a set that they thought would give best performance. Saves monkeying around with different jets trying to find the best setup, which in turn saves a fair amount of money.
