I know there was a change between the early modeals and the later models.... and there was also a unit for the manuals and the automatics.

Can anyone tell me the differences?

I belive the earlier ones were metal and later ones were plastic... but whats the difference between the autos and manuals ? Capacity perhaps? And how would these stack up against the new 3 row rebuilds you see advertised in Roundel and other places ??

The early ones were metal and look more like the stock 2002 rad.
later ones were plastic tanked and have aluminum cores.
The difference between auto and manual is the fittings on them to run tranny fluid through to cool it (auto)
hope that helps
