Have you tuned the car recently? You should check the basics first.
Valves first (adjust)
Then points/condensor/cap(replace & adjust)
Timing
Spark plugs/wires
Air filter

You should be able to get all the parts for less than $50.

If you still have trouble I would suspect fuel/carburator.

I know nothing about why it stalls, I don't even know if that's how you spell stall. It does it sometimes when I am slowing down (and shakes as too), but also sometimes when I am just accelerating, so is it timing? Carburetor? please help, also, it usually starts right up after I pull over and put it in park. P.S. anyone know the website with those 160 care taking tips???
