SIX CONVERSION: what rad, alternator, etc...?help! (archive)

Hi guys!
I�m going to fit a m20 from a 325i.
The fact is that the scrapyard also as a 323i e21 and I�m going to use some parts from it like the radiator and gearbox and maybe the diff.
I already read the McHenry article and made a search at the arquives and I want to know is what alternator should I use?
I didn�t had a really good look at the 323i and 325i engines, so I don�t know what is interchangeable or fabrication needed install or what is the lightest/best.
I�m going to make some questions as I want to make a "full pack price" with the scrapyard guy and bring everything that is necessary.

1-I also want to know if the starter engine from 325i is the same as the one in the 323i e21 or the m10.
I heard that the s14 starter is smaller and lighter and fits the m20.What�s the best to get?

2-Are the 323i/325i water pumps the same?
What is the "simple" mod required to the 325i stock water pump to make it shorter as said in McHenry�s article??

3-The 320i fuel pump setup is the same as the one in the 323i? Thinking in using the 323i pump.

4-Do I really need to have a TIi gas tank? Can a modification be made to my stock 02 tank? Can an e21 one be used?

5-Are the e21 radiators all the same or are there any versions/years difference?Thinking of using the 323i one from the scrapyard.

Don�t remenber anything else to ask...for now.
