OK, here's the deal, just broke down my engine all the way to the bare block! Now, all engine mods are doable. What should I do while its all dissasembled? Keep in mind the problem as to why I pulled it, being the shredded connecting rod bearing and now slightly scoared crank.

1. I saw an S14 stroker crank for sale on the board and wanted to know how I put one of those suckers in. If not, how much would some high compression pistons cost me along with a good used crank? Anyone got any?

2. where can I get:
-head gasket
-oil pan seal
-valve cover seal
-intake manifold gaskets
-connecting rod bearings

3. Anyone know what an Ameri cam is?? I think thats what it said lol.

-I'm also planning on getting rid of all that carbon build-up on the valves and the head...whats the best way to do it? And then adjusting the clearance on the rocker arms.

Thanks everyone,
-Doug
