turn signal relay location (archive)

So I was fiddling with my fuel gauge (got it fixed) but now my signal indicators don't work inside the car...they work outside so I'm fine, but the relay is hanging down now and it looks to have a sort of grounding/clip on it that might explain why they aren't functional now. Anyone have any ideas where this thing belongs if anywhere in particular (no thanks to the Haynes AGAIN.)
