gotta replace springs, which do i want? (archive)

Which is the best new spring to get? my dad and i have heard good things about Eibach. we were looking into the pro-kit. what is good though? i dont mind lowering it a little as long as i dont need to make any other mods. im running 13x5.5 wheels with 185/70R13 tires. so as long as noting else needs to be done to the set up ill look into them. what do you recomend? or should i go stock?
