Jeff Hecox (works for Steve Dinan) built that car. He is racing it in B Sedan Challenge racing. A series that pits various cars of vintage fame against each other and varies the weight of each according to displacement. He finished 3rd last month in Las Vegas.

That car was actually a 1600 when it started out. Now it sports ~210hp via individual throttle body fuel injection. Very clean!
