The long cylinder is an Accusump, which supplies oil to the engine if the oil pump fails of the pick-up becomes uncovered for any reason, The three fuel pumps have pick-ups in different places. This allows the tank to be run completely dry. Battery of course and a surge tank to supply a constant supply of fuel to the engine. What you are looking at is a well set-up race car built by someone with the resources and experience to do it right.
