and I'd imagine you can do anything you want to change the listing once you get on. I would advise you to close one of the auctions and relist the item after the first one is sold. No confusion that way.
There is an alternative -- Yahoo Auctions. Unfortunately, nobody goes there and your items will languish without bids. Ebay has the critical mass, so you'll have to love it or leave it.
