Plexiglass is too brittle, hard to cut and shape, it will crack with impact.
Lexan is a good option, but too costly for this application.
ABS- easily cut with utility knife, sandable, drillable, routerable.
It is the way to go.
You will need to get adhesive to bond skins to panels, cantact cement or similar.

-Here in my city, we have several plastics suppliers, most major metro areas will have one as well.


i dont care what kind of condition the actual vinyl is, but I need the cardboard backing to be in great shape. thanks
