Is the crank pulley different on the tii and non-tii?

I had a 73tii back in 73. It was off the shelf and I loved it. The 74tii I just purchased is a bit more exotic and has some modifications.

My engine is an early Korman Stage II, which is simply balanced and blueprinted with stock components and only 15k miles on it. Question! If I wanted to replace my stock cam with the Shrick 292, would it require anything more than perhaps valve springs? And, would it make enough difference to even go to the expense?

All opinions welcome.
