green/stripe wire is hot... brown/stripe wire is neg

Hi guys,
I'm a bit of a dunce cap when it comes to wiring, and reading wiring diagrams.

The instructions have two different wiring diagrams depending if:

-The horn push switches negative
or,
-The horn push switches positive

So...what's the deal with the 2002 horn, - or +? Also, if anyone has any other insights for this install, I'd appreciate the input. TIA,
