Yes the crank pulley is different. 2 piece for the tii and one piece for carbed 02s.
If the tii still has its injection pump, I wouldn't put a 292 in the engine. The pump is not very flexible to changes in the motor and the 'bigger' cam will most likely lead to problems with fuel air ratio.
