tear the rubber out of the bushing with a screwdriver and swearing. Then take a dremel or hacksaw and CAREFULLY cut a line through the metal part of the bushing. Once you are through the bushing collar, the thickness of the sawcut will allow you to collapse the bushing collar slightly and it will fall out onto the floor. You can use this ring to help push out the other bushing (I just used a vice and some pieces of wood) and also to help push in the new ones. Good luck!!!!!!!!!
