How does one "Untwist" Recaro Seats? (archive)

I just got a pair of used Recaros that have a wicked twist to them in the backrest. One side is further forward than the other. I remember seeing a post some time ago about this, but cannot track it down.

Can anyone help me out on how to straighten them out?
