The seats arn't actually twisted....You can grab ahold of it and twist it back but it won't stay...The backrest probably has quite a few stress cracks in it and the only way to fix it is to weld it with the frame twisted back into the correct position..In my opinion it isn't worth it to try and fix it so I bought another one...
