Don't know if this helps, but the base on your hub looks quite a bit different from the one that came off of my '72. I have the 0155 hub kit and a Momo Grand Prix. The widest part on the base of my adapter is about 4.25" in diameter. Yours looks like it's about 3.5". Like I said, I'm not sure if this makes a difference...
