Does the 320i motor have the injectors in the head or in the intake manifold? If they're in the manifold, you can use a 2002 intake and carb. The 320i fuel injection is not that great for performance; it was mainly adopted to reduce emissions. If you use a 38/38 Weber on a 2002 manifold on the 320i engine, it should give very good performance with the Schrick cam, etc. And needless to say, the 5-speed is a must for any 2002 that is driven on the freeway.
