Help! No Spark - High Tension Ignition Relay? (archive)

I'm not sure if this relay is on all '02s, but it's on my '72 tii.

I've tested everything according to the the haynes manual, but it doesn't mention the HT ignition relay. Is there any way to test this? I've swapped out coils and condensors, just to be sure. Still nothing. Every time the problem points to the (-) wiring between the dist. and the coil, but that is not it. I ran a new wire to be sure, from the (-) coil terminal to the condensor.

Since that manual doesn't mention this relay, or how to troubleshoot it, leads me to believe that that is the culprit. Anyone ever replace one of these? I'm pretty sure at this point that this is what it is. Nothing in the archives on this.
