What the bodyshop guy meant was to replace the whole car I think. Driver & passenger doors, hood and trunk lid, and rocker panels for now... and the body is not too bad. Is the car that rotten?

If I were you I would get a car from the sunshine states and maybe use your actual Ti for parts. It will cost you much less.
