Sugar will not disolve in gasoline, period. You might be able to put some sort of light syrup in the gas, and if you poured enough in, it might be sucked into your system just like if you had water in the tank. Even if you were able to get some sort of sugar ingested, at the pressures and temperatures of combustion it is going to produce CO2 and H20 when burned (just like gasoline).
