cried out in anguish at the thought of spinning that fast, I guess thats not it. I would look at the belt condition and fit. I read a post a while back that the shape is wrong on some belts, the cross section doesn't fit the pulley groove. This could make it squeal under load, like when turning that big ol tropical fan over 4000 rpm.Help you get it, I hate squeals!
