Hey Cliff, I had the same problem with my 1972 tii. The Kugelfischer pumps are really well built and they will hardly fail on you unless you have tried to mess with them, so with that in mind I took the little injectors out of the running cylinders and switched them to the bad ones and they fired up right away. What had happened was the injectors have the little springs that hold the valves to let the fuels out but my springs were shot after they had sat for many years and they open at a certain pressure which I don't recall. So I had to find new injectors from Bosch which range from $170-299 depending on who you buy it from. If you think that is too high perhaps you can find a good used pair which may range from $40-80. However if you are suffering from the injection pump problem you can always find a good used one.
