In Reply to: what m/c should I use for '68 1600? posted by it's been a while -todd on June 25, 2001 at 16:53:48:

There is some slight pitting in my '68 1600's master cylinder. Enough that the brakes will slowly lose pressure at a stop. No one seems to offer the stock master cylinder anymore. All later bmw m/c's have the outlets coming out the bottom and I don't want to make short u-intermediate lines untill I exhaust all other alternatives. Any ideas?
