There's the knuckle at the end of the tranny output selector shaft, bushings at each end of the shifter selector rod (from knuckle to shift lever) and the rubber bushings inside the shift lever (the part inside the car). New bushing blocks should also have been installed for the shift platform to tranny attachment.If you don't replace these, the shifting will be really sloppy. After replacing them, you will have much 'tighter' control of the shifting.
Also, make sure the shifter platform is properly aligned. You may need to reposition the angled brace. The shortened selector rod needs to be properly positioned, as it is much shorter than on an 02, and correct alignment is more critical.
