I am going from my memory here, but the pic you posted does "not" appear to be the early factory alloys....albiet a "very close" resemblance.
Yes, the factory alloys are 13" x 5". Various plants produced them for BMW, and the casting varies slightly depending on the manufacturer. The BMW Logo and the date of manufacture will be stamped on the back side.
The biggest difference from the wheels in the pic (your wheels), other than the width obviously, is the hub area around the bolt pattern. The factory alloys are "flat" in this area and the base of the lug nuts are flush with the face of the wheel in this area.
The wheels in the pic look very similar to BWA alloys in the hub area of the wheel.
They are very close to the early factory alloy in most other respects...held side-by-side the differences will be immediately apparent.
Regardless, your wheels will look very nice on your '02 and greatly resemble the early factory alloys.
One parting comment.... early factory alloys were an "option" on "all" 2002's in the '71 to '73 era....they were not exclusive to tii's, so to call them tii alloys is not really correct (although you will most often see them on tii's).
