I would be concerned about excessive understeer by adding the larger diameter front bar while retaining the stock rear bar. But, since you have the bar, you might as well install it. If you like it, keep it. If not, revert to the stock bar or try a set of aftermarket bars. One other thing you might try: If the car understeers too much with the 19mm front bar, try bumping up the front tire pressure about 5 psi more than the rear tire pressure. That might balance the car out a little better while still retaining the original goal of less body roll. It's free, so might as well try...

BTW, nice score on the used parts. Let us know how it turns out, as I am getting ready to try to put together some suspension upgrades on a budget as well.
