Installed a 320I rad this last weekend (thanks Teaguer, no leaks!!). While waiting for a new thermostat and trop. fan, I thought long and hard on how to do the retrofit. Having a Frigiking A/C adds to the fun, and pushes it about 1/8" further to the drivers side than I wanted, but oh well. Anyway, rather than making a bracket, or cutting tubing for spacers for the bolts between the 320 shroud bracket and the front sheet metal, I discovered that two old rubber end-link bushings stacked on top of each other for each of the four bolts (running through them) makes the perfect spacers.

That's my .02 cents of the day.

'76 2002 O=00=O (with a very loud tropical fan, but running much cooler now)
'73 R75/5 LWB (got to stretch it's legs this evening)
'01 Triumph Sprint ST (still not broken in yet)
