I matched up a curved section of an extra top radiator hose I had to the stock rad bottom fitting, and put it on the 320 rad. I used a 1.25" inner sleeve to connect that to the hose coming down from the thermostat (about half way between the rad fitting and the thermo), which needed to be trimmed back a couple inches (the sleeve is available at any hardware store). When I replace the hoses when the engine is out, I'll probably go with a 320I lower hose to see if it fits better. I'm happy with the fitment now. No rubbing, no kinks, no leaks, no errors. But, I'm always looking for improvements.

I'll post some pictures on the Tulsa '02 website when it's ready. What I did was just a twist of what is posted on the Bay Area site.
